Mid-range DUAL-CURE emulsion is a 2-part which is faster and more versatile with higher quality and durability.
Advanced PURE-PHOTOPOLYMER Emulsions are 1-part, pre-mixed with long shelf life, and generally very fast.

Exposes very well on lower wattage exposure systems. Excellent detail and resolution. Coats easily and produces durable stencils. Excellent build-up of coating on coarser mesh counts. Primarily used with plastisol inks(Use of Diazo hardener is recommended for waterbase and discharge inks).

It's important to use for water-based or discharge inks. Chromaline ChromaSet is a chemcial treatment that adds to the overall water and solvent resistance of the stencil. DIAZO sensitizer added to 1-part emulsions (AquasolHV and Photocure Blu enhances water-resistance and solvent durability for long runs.
