This state-of-art flash unit has an adjustable forced air system that protects delicate textiles, speeds the evaporative drying of water based inks, and cools the enclosure for operator safety.     It combines infrared heating with forced air to heat the ink while cooling the garment.    With water-based inks the flow of forced air across the infrared-heated ink accelerates evaporation, significantly reducing the time and energy needed to flash-dry each garment.  Rotary pallet option is also shown.

This entry level Screen Exposure system handles up to a 21" x 24" O.D. frame size.     Four 24" Blacklight 20 watt UV bulbs are standard on 3-1/2" centers, driven by electronic ballasts.    E1000 Model has a heavy duty vacuum frame with bearing lid locks for intimate exposure contact; E100 Model uses weighted compression for film positive contact.  A  precision timer controls lights (and vacuum on E1000 Model).   VRS Pin Registration compatible.  Optional upgrade to High-output U.V. 40 Watt bulbs for both models, and vacuum frame retrofit for E-100 is available.

Fast power vacuum hold down draws through the high-impact tempered glass that virtually eliminates breakage.    Two models are available; 23"x31" Max O.D. Frame size features six 28" High Output U.V. 40 Watt bulbs on 3-1/2" centers, and the 47"x31" Max O.D. Frame size uses twelve.    Both sizes are available in either 120V / 60 HZ or 240V / 50/60 HZ.  A precision digital timer controls lights and vacuum.     Both models have heavy duty construction with bearing lid locks.    VRS Pin Registration compatible

Pressurized air flow system can dry screens in as little as 20 minutes.  Features breaker/switch and pilot light for easy control. Screens sit horizontal on removable shelves. Industrial stainless steel finned heater.  Pressurized cabin with positive air flow keeps out contaminants even if an air leak occurs.
