PADM-1027 BRIGHT COTTON WHITE

Bright Cotton White is Union's newest white ink for 100% cotton garments. It provides excellent opacity, a pure white appearance and a smooth surface to print over. Its easy printing viscosity ensures that it will print through meshes ranging in size from 86-305.

POLY-1070 Polyester White Ink

Polyester low-bleed plastisol white is Union’s ultimate high-opacity formula to fight dye migration on the nastiest, bleeding 100% polyester athletic uniforms or other synthetic substrates prone to dye migration. Union TRU-TONE CYMK Process Inks

Union Ink's PRPL Series Tru-Tone Plastisol Ink is comprised of pure, transparent basic colors for producing vibrant and accurate 4-color process images. Tru-Tone plastisols are designed for direct, wet-on-wet printing with crisp results.

1X Strength are ready to use straight out of the can.
3X Strength are meant to be based back, but can provide a more intense color saturation on off-white or tan, dye-discharged natural cotton or light colored fabrics.

Union DYE-DISCHARGE Inks

100% Cotton garments are often dyed with colors that can be "bleached" out using a dye-discharging ink mixed with ZFS activating powder and application of heat to complete the process.
This allows for reduced thickness of the ink layer with a much softer hand feel.
The DSPP version inks are a true water-based formula, but the DSPCH version is plastisol compatible, and can be mixed with plastisol inks for tinting.
