Dye-blocking Barrier Underlay for 100% Polyester
Poly-Undercoat Binder is a barrier underlay for 100% Polyester garments to block dye migration, and is also an excellent base layer when printing tie-dye, camouflage, bandanas, etc. It works well as a base layer for Matsui Stretch Series Inks.
