Direct Print Plastisol Ink
7600 Series Direct Print Plastisol Inks consists of non-phthalate, high performance colors, formulated for ultra high speed automatic printing. These inks offer superior performance through fast production speeds, very good opacity, and wide range of popular colors, and are well suited for fine detail and halftone printing using finer mesh counts. The 7600 Series inks will flash cure with a very low after flash tack. Excessive squeegee pressure will drive the 7600 Series inks through the fabric being printed. Adjust squeegee pressure, angle and off-contact to insure proper shear and lay down of printed ink.
